What’s your Purse-onality?

Leading expert in the field of “Purse-ology”

Deb is an expert in the study of purses and the women who love them.  For twenty years, she has been delving into the depths of women’s handbags and helping them to lighten the load in their purses and in their lives.

Keynote or Workshop Presentations
In two unique and innovative programs, Deb uses the power of the purse to connect, inform and empower women to achieve their goals. As keynotes or ½ day workshops, they are ideal for conferences, EAP and Diversity programs, personal and professional Development.

In Purse-Suit of Superwoman
The first part of the program entertains as Deb draws a parallel between women’s purses and the superwoman mentality. The second part of the program hones in on the excess “baggage” of responsibilities, burdens, and stress women carry which threatens their health and well-being. Deb offers simple, effective and easy-to-implement tools that will decrease stress and improve productivity.

What’s Your PURSE-onality?
This program helps women to communicate more effectively. Women identify their own purseonality (Brassy™, Sassy™, Classy ™or Lassie ™) along with its strengths and challenges. They then learn ways to improve communication and relationships between different purse-onalities. Includes verified assessments based on the communication style of William Marsten.

Always interactive and fun – The audience is always involved, as Deb loves to wind her way through the crowd to give out prizes, interact and put the spotlight on stars in your own organization.

Deb customizes programs – Based on surveys and interviews, Deb focuses on the specific challenges and opportunities in your organization and helps women find empowering solutions. She uses e-mail support to follow-up and continues to encourage change.

What Others Say About Deb DiSandro . . .

Your words touched hundreds and hundreds of women that day and truly inspired us to look into ourselves and rid the purse strap that binds us. Personally I walked away that day with a little less worry and a lot more certainty that I am not alone.

Her use of purses as props kept the ladies in the audience roaring and nodding their heads in agreement.  Beneath all the humor Deb also delivered a strong message about women remembering to take care of themselves and also to laugh to relieve the daily pressures they face.  Everyone loved her!

Deb was hilariously funny while also managing to leave us with a meaningful message.  The audience laughed the entire time.
